I have a Galaxy 7 and an Otter box. No matter where I put the magnet for the phone side, the "holder" magnet was not strong enough for the weight of this combination. Turned it back in and got a 3-sided bracket instead.

It works okay if you don't have a case but most phones have a case. It can barely hold the weight of my phone. My phone would fall off so many times that I end up placing my phone in the cup holder instead.

If I could give it 0 stars I would. This is a heap of garbage. The magnet adhesive does not hold on the phone end, worse yet once you get it on, it isn't even strong enough to hold a standard smartphone. DO NOT BUY.

although it was supposedly compatible with my iPhone 7 Plus, the magnet wasn't strong enough to hold up my phone and it even fell out of air vent. There's no way to secure the holder onto the air vent. Poor design.

either the clip had too short a clip area or my phone was too heavy to work with it, phone pulled it off the vent when attd. I have an android phone with otter box and it did not work. took back for refund

Works in principle, but not in practical world. Adhesive for metal plate is not the best. Clip on vent magnet does not give enough options to position phone where you can see it easily.

I was not impressed with it and returned it because the metal piece that sticks on back of my phone case didnt stay on. Plus it blocks the vent. Best buy was kind enough to return for credit.

This mount was supposed to clip onto my ac vent in my car, but it could not, and in fact, broke the vent when I tried to put it on. I immediately returned the item.

Does not live up to its promise. This air vent mount has a week magnet which once stuck on the cell phone does not hold it. So the cell phone ends up falling.

for my air conditioner vents it didn't stick out far enough. No matter how I clipped it on the vent it kept hitting the center lever (the lever that moves the vent up or down).

Bought this product for my vehicle. Thinking the magnetic sticker would stick and hold, it didn't. Nor did the vent attachment hold my iPhone 6 Plus

I have purchased this item and still have not been able to correctly install it to use without dissembling my phone. I plan to return this product

Doesn't work in my car (2017 Prius). It'll snap onto the vent alright but makes contact with the touch screen in the car making that unusable.

The magnet doesn't hold it very well. When on the car vent the phone sometimes falls off the magnet whe going over bumps in the road.

I thought because it was Logitech it works work great. No. It couldn't hold my iPhone plus 7, it was flimsy . Don't recommend.

The vent clip is very easy to tear. I've had mine less than 30 days and it is already broken.

I do a lot of traveling and need my phone as GPS, this product would not hold the phone and so I ended up returning it.

The magnet is not strong enough to hold a larger phone such as a Turbo 2. The metal plate that attaches to the phone is huge.

But it didn't fit on my vent didn't stick for very long I kept falling off wasn't a very good deal and very expensive

This device would be perfect but the magnet isn't strong enough to hold an iPhone 7+ with a case and a screen saver.
