electronically good; mechanically challenged

But I found it hard to place on a table and adjust it. My old hp webcam from over 10 years ago was much better in this regard. Perhaps if they had instructions and examples written in ordinary English with clear pictures it would help.

Lags when streaming

I had a Logitech C920 and never had any issues. I contacted Logitech they told me that I need a more powerful computer. I have a MacBook Pro I5 16RAM. So I haven’t been able to tried it on a different computer.

Decent Camera

My main gripe is that it is not very sturdy in how it sits on your pc. It does not rotate like the model below it and does not allow for a tripod, which means you have to deal with the flimsy hold.

Just ok for 4k

NOT worth the money.

Not the best for any distance but works best up close. Auto focus is a mess if lots of movement in field of view. Auto-white balance freaks out in any kind of light changes like when object moves across different lighting. Software for it is lame to say the least. Very disappointed!

Posted .Hi AVTech, thank you for sharing your experience with the 4k Pro webcam. I'm sorry that you experienced difficulties with the Auto-Focus as well as white balance. You can adjust the camera settings in Capture. In order for those settings to carry over into a third party platform you would want to select Capture as the video source instead of the webcam itself. Defective white balance issues

The first was due to terrible auto focus issues, the last was due to a defective white balance issue that rendered any nighttime videos a deep red hue. It is surprisingly well-reviewed online, possibly just a defective unit, but two strikes and hours of troubleshooting with drivers, firmware updates, etc.... You're out!
