Have got this web cam for my zoom meetings. I felt the focus was not good and found a cheaper alternative and had to return this.

i'm about to take this back for a full refund, but here are the problems I observed: 1) 4k setting has lag: the usb 3.0 connection is not able to keep up with the high bandwidth needed for the image quality/file size. there is about a half second delay in recording. 2) camera lens: I don't like it, it's different than the C920/C922. When I have it shooting down at me from the top of the monitor, it makes me look worse on camera. For $200, you better make me look better! Looks like the product is not mature and not ready for mass consumption. Avoid until Logitech works through the issues.

Almost "too good" 4k picture. Really easy to set up - plugged it in - rebooted computer - done. Expensive right now - but top tech.

Works just fine. Colors are good. Setup is easy. Haven't had a problem with it yet.

Better resolution than one I had with other Logitech. FPS is not 60 or 120 so that is not that great, and Windows Hello is supported to work but with Windows Creators Update it's not allowing. I worked with Logitech to solve this but still same issue.

If I can get my lighting corrected my rating might go from 4 to 5 stars, but it looked a little off the first time I used this on Streamyard.

I've had this webcam for about two weeks and I am greatly disappointed with it. I'm in the process of seeing whether or not I will be allowed to return it without the box and exchange it for something else. The image doesn't stay in focus, and no matter how much I play with the setting the image color shifts from blue to orange. I hope I'm able to exchange it for something else. Too expensive to have this many issues.

This cam is good, but the c920 is still netter in my opinion. Also remember when in the market for cameras, proper lighting is required to get the best quality from your camera.

Very good cam, and 4K resolution. It is my recommendation that you get a "lume cube" or two to go with it so that you don't have noise from low lighting.

Ran into 0 problems. Highly recommend buying this.

It took 2 calls to Geek Squad to make it work. But after techs did their thing the camera worked

This is a great piece, my zoom classes just went to another level with the 4k resolution....people dont wait to get this from logitech

Easy installation. Love the privacy shield for fast easy privacy when needed.

Good camera. But for the price. Not great. The software is the issue. Logitech cant get out of their way with camera products. Lighting is horrible. Teams, OBS, WebEx, even just picture taking is a hassle. NOT the hardware problem. Software. Logitech needs better and the price is not worth it. move to a OSBOT for the price. Or better yet buy a discounted one somewhere. Find one at a thrift shop with old Logitech software you would be better off.

camera's light correction feature is better than expected. works with WebEx, Teams, FaceTime, Zoom. highly recommend

This was indeed a great buy. I would sure recommend it to others.
