Only problem I’ve personally had is the cushion on top does get uncomortable over extended periods of gaming. Maybe if it was a little wider it wouldnt be as bad. All that said I still am glad i spent the extra money on these headsets.

I have never had any issues since setting it up. Although the setup can be complicated once you get through it you'll enjoy what this headset has to offer. I ended up also getting leather ear cups which I would recommend because it makes the headset more comfortable in my opinion and also helps with noise cancellation.

Mind you he broke up with me because “he fell out of love and things were not the same as the beginning of the relationship”. Yeah right! I know the truth now. He only used me to buy him gifts, buy a car and then traded in the car for a truck for him, he asked to borrow money as well (8k to be exact) and I fell for it all unfortunately. Don’t repeat my mistakes people! Definitely a lesson learned! But, hey at least the headset was an amazing buy! He will definitely remember he owes me money every time he puts it on!

It was extremely frustrating when upgrading my monitor it wouldn't work with my xbox series x at higher resolution settings. So everytime I want to use it I need to hotswap several HDMI cords. And they don't have the best customer service/support, they couldn't provide any solutions and I had to figure out the issue myself.
