Owned for 1 month when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.After trying all 3 Corsair Virtuoso headsets (XT,PRO,MAX) and the steel series Arctis Nova Pros, this was by far the best out of the selection. The sound is full and vibrant. The control buttons are simple and straight forward, and the build quality is durable. Although the steel series Arctis Nova Pro is highly rated, I personally did not like them, as the stock EQ/sound was really subpar, and the idea of perfecting it with EQ is not convenient, especially since not everyone is a audio enthusiast. The A50X sounds great out of the box, and the ease of use was really promising. The only reason why I am rating it a 4 star is because it lacks features other headphones have in this price range have. Also, the Bluetooth is really inconsistent in its connectivity.

The only gripe I have is so many hdmi wires needed if you plan on multiple systems.

Outstanding Upgrade to the A50X

I bought this as an upgrade to utilize the HDMI and for the upgraded sound. Everything is an improvement! The sound is crisp and clean. The mic sounds amazing and the phone app makes changing settings much easier. Not to mention being able to switch between systems with the push of a button. The other plus is that the form factor hasn’t changed which means if you invested in the leather upgrade for the Gen 4 they are 100% interchangeable. The only problem I ran into is it seems much more difficult to swap out the head cushion. I managed to get it out but came very close to damaging the clips. Take your time, have an extra set of hands to put some tension on the outer protion while yoh pry the clips free. Other than that this is a pricey, but well worth it upgrade to the previous generation A50.

I give it a 9/10 because the only little downside if so would be the wiring. However it can be beneficial, depending on the type of gamer you are. I’d recommend having 2 or more HDMI cords to function this mic.

These have replaced them both! I use these for my PS5 and Xbox as it’s dual set-up (if you want). Great sound and design. Simple set up! And the battery lasts a long time! Love these!
