It is comfortable for both gaming and professional use. Cons, the material is low quality, and it broke quickly under normal use. The audio is poor for gaming. It doesn't charge properly, and when it does, it stops randomly. It's a pain to turn on. The Bluetooth is a pain to connect, and the range is poor on it.

This headset was obviously made for the xbox and pc with having dolby atmos for headphones. The ps5 currently does not support atmos for headphones and the sound is a downgrade from the previous A50s.

The mic worked on Xbox once or twice. Support was a joke. The Astro Command Center app for Xbox does not work with the A50x. The audio quality in the headset is actually quite nice, but you can’t use it to play with people because the mic may or may not work and nobody can articulate the issue.

Base station suddenly quit working.

They are absolutely amazing but they tend to crash out randomly. The base can suddenly just not power on and there doesn't seem to be anything that you can do about it to even troubleshoot the issue. I've been looking online and a lot of other people are having the same issue and the only option seems to be to return it. If it wasn't for that they would be a top tier product but it's a complete and absolute shame that something this expensive would have this problem. Very frustrating.

However, I had input delay issues with my PS5 no matter what setting I used. I’m assuming it was something within the base itself but for the price, I shouldn’t have had any issues. Trash product with horrible customer support

That changed 8 months later when headset completely died! A quick google search will show just how unreliable this garbage product is. Tons of people have problems. I loved my previous Astro headsets and took a gamble buying this one. I’m currently attempting a warranty return, and all I can say is Logitech customer support is horrible! They have had me jumping through hoops for over a week obviously trying to make things intentionally difficult to save money! Last Logitech product I will ever purchase.

My issue now is not with BestBuy or the headset itself, but it's with Logitech. I contacted Logitech after doing a ton of research to purchase a new wire because my new puppy chewed through the wire. I knew that voided the warranty, so i never once tried to use it. Well, they refuse to sell me a wire and have told me to get it from a retailer. Mind you, NOBODY sells it, which is why i contacted the manufacturer. How can you charge someone $380 for a headset and refuse to sell a paying customer a part that they are asking for to purchase?

The fact that they can seamlessly switch from one operating system to another is a huge bonus. My favorite part is the docking station though. It allows your headphones to have a home spot while keeping them charged up so they are always ready. The dock has some handy and convenient LEDS that show how much battery is left in your headphones as well as which channel you're using (Bluetooth, XBox, or PS5). If you're a PC gamer, then these are for you as well. I really appreciate their ability to switch to the system you're interacting with as needed. I can be gaming on my laptop and bring them into the living room to use on my Xbox and they switch over flawlessly. Logitech really nailed that feature and it is what sets these headphones a part from their competition. The build quality is fantastic and is evident by the attention to detail. The boom mic is flexible and can be set into many positions (cannot be moved to the right side however) The speaker cans rest on a metal track which allows you to twist the cans for maximum comfort. I see a lot of though went into comfort and it shows. Excellent sounding and versatile headphones for gamers.
