For the cost I expect perfection, I hate buying BT headsets. I haven't had one since my Turtle Beach in my 360 days. Its been that long since I've tried wireless. What a disappointment. The sound quality is very good. My mic sounds very good to others. On more than one occasion the headset will not charge on base not matter what you do, it is clearly sitting there docked and will not charge. I have to disconnect it from power and try the next day if it happens at the end of a night. On more than occasion the device would not power on. I am returning for one replacement try, will not do again for this much money.
