WORST HEADSET EVER

When time passes on the battery was starting to wear down. I understand this can happens years later but it happened sooner than expected. The headset would not charge on stand and the way to fix it was it hit the headset on the side according to online videos. I tired and it worked which is insane because with the price it shouldnt work like that. I was clueless when it came to buying headsets, so i did research and chose these, do not make the same mistake i did. These are the WORST!!!i

Worst headset I’ve ever purchased

The customer support is worthless and incredibly frustrating to navigate. The headset mic fails to work even when following the setup videos, especially with Xbox. The only positive is that it’s comfortable. So if you don’t want buyer remorse or a $380 paper weight buy a your headset different brand.

After 2 months the mic isnt working

Logitech wants tk warranty them and best buy wont let me return them. Why would i warranty something that just breaks right away. Jusy simply do not buy. My friends said that the mic quality in the party/game/discord was aweful when they did work. Always had to reset the base when mic was acting up. These headphones are not worth half the price of what they’re asking

TOO MUCH HASSLE FOR THE PRICE

Honestly Garbage for $

Minus another star sound quality- only a couple sound profile everything else is community sound profiles. Minus another star "next gen"- every other company has hot swappable batteries come on logitech get with the times. Noone wants to dock their headset to charge having to lineup the contact points everytime. Minus another star mic quality- no noise cancelling mic on a 350 set of cans? No thanks. Had this headset for 24 hrs my friends cut me up for how terrible i sounded in chat. 1/5 would not recommend. Spend your money elsewhere. Sorry logitech.

Downgrades in-game picture quality

I followed the set up videos to the T but still no luck. my monitor is the odyssey g7 28" ... audio quality is completely bassless as well
