The quality of this camera is a huge upgrade from my webcam on my laptop. I have very low light in my bedroom and this shows true colors and brightens my face up. My patient stated that my new camera has excellent clarity. I do seem to have issues where my settings I did on the computer do not seem to be carrying over to my zoom sessions but that could be an issue with zoom or an ignorant user who is not tech savvy. My primary use for this camera is zoom sessions for work. I have to use it for up close portrait work but also have to step back to demonstrate full body exercises in stand and on the floor. I don't have to adjust it at all when changing positions which is a huge bonus compared to how I was managing before.

Purchased this for use with monitor connected to Mac Mini with USB-C ports. I purchased this unit while on sale. Very pleased with the purchase. Webcam provides clear video and audio. Webcam does a great job with adjusting backlighting. The wide viewing angle is also a plus. Connection was straight forward and easy to set up using the Logi Tune app. The integral privacy cover is a nice feature!

Great quality camera. Bonus, it allows me to feel completely secure because it comes with a built in camera curtain. No more accidentally staying on camera! Easy to install.

Very good mid level camera that works great for conference/teams/zoom calls. Pretty much plug and play. Love the physical privacy shutter.

Purchased this for my son (gaming) and so far he loves it. Setup was easy and I am very happy with the product. Love the privacy cover. Overall quality is great for what it is.

The Logitech Brio 500 webcam works great and the sticky pad on the mount keeps it in place. Love the rotating cover for the camera, nothing to loose and easy to use. The picture quality is above par even without installing any software. Haven’t tested audio yet but expect it to be solid, hoping it’s not as bright as Brio 4K.

Great picture on this little camera, better low light than my old Logitech and a wider frame. I suggest it.

Love this webcam. The clarity is outstanding. Had no issues in getting set up, quite easy actually. Works for what I need it for with a desktop that does not have a camera in the monitor.

A big improvement on my former camera. I like that I can close the lens shutter for privacy. Also, gives a good visual definition to my zoom or other video calls. The adhesive and platform help the camera stay in the desired spot on my desktop.

I bought this camera on February 16 2023 and so far I like a lot is simple to install it has a privacy switch so it can keep your privacy safe when your are not using and it has a good picture and light I bought this on sale my camera is like dark grey is not black but cute little cam

I have video meetings throughout the day and was struggling with my current webcam which is USB Type A. Switched to this product and do not have any regrets. My manager noted the change in quality and asked for product recommendation

Excellent video and audio, The magnet mount is annoying because the weight of the stiff cord and wobbly mount often causes the camera to tilt to one side. I feel like I am constantly adjusting the camera angle

The video quality is what I expect for the price I paid. The automatic adjustment to light levels has worked great thus far. However, I was debating between the Brio 500 and the Logitech C920 Pro before deciding on the Brio 500. I am not sure that Brio 500 has many useful advantages. I do prefer the more modern cylindrical look of the Brio 500. The Logitune software is nice as it offers a image adjustments including a few presets. After trying the "RightSight" feature during a couple of meetings, I've decided to turn it off because I felt it became too distracting to others. I have it mounted to a webcam stand and I've been very satisfied.

Overall great webcam. I did have to update the firmware for this camera before it would fully connect on Mac OS Ventura and this had to be done on my windows machine as it would not update on Mac OS (had to find this workaround fix online as others have experienced the same issue). Logitech software must be installed and running in order for this to stay connected at least on Mac. Image quality is very good and HDR is decent, good with low light, zero issues with meetings. The uktra wide camera is great just wish the physical camera itself didnt have to be so wide its width is 4.25" looks kind of funny but the magnetic mount it comes with is fantastic. Worth the $99 I paid for sure.

Very nice webcam use in my office daily. Excellent image quality and features. Just wish the usb-c cord was longer. Difficult to use on 65” tv for meetings.

I was using cheap webcams and it was low quality and zoomed into my face for teams meetings. This webcam gives a quality image and the wide angel lens is great
