Bought for virtual interviews and provides a great quality picture and great customization when downloaded with the logitech application. Easily set up on any device. My laptop is a little older (7 years old) so it sometimes has trouble keeping up with fps of this camera but hasn't been an issue with online meetings.

Needs adapter for USB C to USB A for desktop.

I knew that going in but it was very disappoining that Bestbuy does not offer a USB C to USB A adapter that allows this to be attached to a PC that does not have a USB C port. I had to go on line to another store to order such an adapter. I know USB C is the current wave, but I would thnk that Bestbuy would want to offer the adapter needed in order to make the camera (or any other USB C only devices) usable right away instead of making a person go to another supplier for a USB A adapter part needed to make it usable. As it is, I'm testing my camera on a laptop that has a USB C port and I'm pleased with the camera results, but since most laptops now come with a built in camera I don't see this device as practical for laptop use. I do like the camera and will be pleased with it once I can add it to my desktop, but....... I gave it a 4 star rating. That is not against the camera itself but against 1) Logitech for not supplying an adapter or 2) Bestbuy for not stocking such an adapter.

I mostly use it for Zoom and Teams meetings. The quality of picture is excellent. Highly recommend for any productivity user. Don’t fall the hype with other cameras in regard to 4k etc. Applications like Zoom only allow 1080p etc.

Awesome replacement for the c920

The Brio is awesome as it works in windows 11 and Mac OS. Having usb c is nice. The clarity and resolution are fantastic. It is far superior to the built in camera of the latest MacBook Pro 16 and my Razer Blade laptop.

Awful installation process

Finally managed to get the firmware updated and it seems to be working as it should. But, way too complicated. Got help from Logitech support, but even they were baffled by the problem. Now that it seems to be working, it produces good quality images.

The auto framing can be a bit finicky at times, as can the desk view (My monitor made it into the shot), but as a camera and microphone it works well. Of note to zoom users: For some reason the zoom microphone test won't turn on the mic on the Brio unless you're unmuted on the call - the mic isn't broken, just not active unless the light is on.

Perfect for Microsoft Teams. That being said, its connected to my dell docking station and I must disconnect and reconnect if ive docked somewhere else sonce the last time I’ve used it. Its a niusance but the camera is so nice its worth it.

The app -LogTune-is easy to use for getting a varying image range and other details. I am really happy with my purchase. The tilt ability and the privacy cover are of such great use for my needs.
