I needed a second webcam for my sons pc. I had a c320 which has always been a solid performer. I was happy with it so decided on its big brother which was almost as hard to get as a 3080 RTX during this pandemic. BestBuy pulled through and I’m not disappointed. Good microphone, and nice picture. Works well with all the apps like Teams, Zoom and Skype. No drivers, just works, but can download software to further optimize the camera. Has a nice flip up camera cover so no surprise video when your not looking.

I bought a streaming game cam for my youngest Son . He had no clue thT i saw him eying it for months. I bought it for him for Christmas and i hid it as his last gift. He was Thrilled!!! He loves it and the quality that it expresses when using it. I also bought him a warranty on it as well , just to have. He loves loves it’s quality of service it provides for him! I am so happy for Best Buy having the gift he had been wanting for Christmas and didn’t tell me, i just had to be eyeing him browsing on his cell phone. We are two very satisfied and happy Customers! He loves everything about his Streaming Game Cam!!! I don’t know too much about it as a Mom, but he loves it and thanks me every day for buying and Surprising him with it at Christmas time! I would definitely recommend it to other parents who has kids old enough to know how to use and operate Streaming Game Cams online! It is a Great hit Wonder fir myself and him to see him happier since he got it! Thank you Best Buy for a very merry Christmas 2025 !!! It won’t be our last shopping experience at Best Buy! Great camera, its small and unobtrusive. I have it on top of my Predator X34 monitor which doesn't have a thick bezel and this camera sits on top just fine. It comes with a privacy shutter, which is good (it will lit a blue light if its on anyways, letting you know if its working). No software is included, so you must go to Logitech's c920 website and you can get it there (there is a settings one and a capture one, pretty basic). Video and audio quality is fine, but don't expect UHD quality, this is a 1080p cam. It's great for video calls (skype) and streaming too! One thing disappointing at is this camera doesn't support windows Hello (signing into windows 10 via facial recognition), for that you must get Logitech's 4K one. This one has auto focus and light correction, which did work great on my poorly lit room!

Camera works great, I needed it for online school and it was one of the approved cameras with great picture and sound quality. I have been using it for over a month with zero issues and easy set up. Definitely recommend this if you’re needing a good quality picture and sound webcam.

First off, my PC is Alienware Core i7 8th generation, 16GB Memory, NVIDIA GeForce GTX 1070 graphics and latest update of Windows 10 that meets the system requirements. Quality of camera is outstanding and video is really clear! Dual mic proofs reliability of voice. Privacy len cover is thoughtful addition. Very happy to have it. Only my thing that didn’t work as I wanted is the way it mounted on my Alienware monitor due to the fact my monitor design and curved from it back that prevented my form putting in the center of the monitor, I had to slide it a little bit aside. With that being said, its worth the purchase.

My camera is great!! I don’t have one on my computer and I’ve started doing virtual doctor visits so needed one. The quality of the picture is really good. And it can be closed by just closing the flip down door. I would recommend this to anyone who is looking for a camera.

I also love the built-in privacy shutter; it’s simple, effective, and gives real peace of mind. Installation was effortless, and it attaches securely without scratching or damaging the monitor. Great webcam!. I have the older Carl Zeiss model but bought it for a relative. So far she's trilled with the image quality, sound and ease of use. She says its wider than she expected but thats about it.

I've been using the Logitech C920s for my work video calls, and the video quality is a huge improvement over my old built-in webcam. The picture is clear, even in my somewhat dimly lit office. The privacy shutter gives me peace of mind, which is great. Setup was super easy – just plugged it in, and Zoom recognized it right away.

Works very well, typical Logitech quality. I have several other lesser-brand name webcams accumulated over the pandemic, and while there is not a night-and-day difference the image quality of the Logitech is better. White balance is better and low-light and backlit image quality is better than the no-name or lesser-name brands. The privacy shutter is a nice extra, however this webcam has pretty obvious (but subtle) blue lights to either side of the lens to let you know when the camera is active. Sound quality from the built-in microphones seems to be fine. Two things I would change: One, there is no swivel. Even cheaper webcams of this level have a swivel so you can make lateral adjustments to how the camera is aimed. Secondly, I personally wish the field of view of the camera was a little tighter. I use this for business meetings, so I'd like the frame to be a little tighter on me rather than showing so much of the room. According to Logitech, the FOV is 78 degrees. I have another Logitech webcam (the C505) which has a 60 degree FOV that feels a little too tight, so I guess for me the ideal FOV would be between 65-70 degrees. But that's nitpicking, as everyone's desk setup will be different so this FOV may be perfect for you.

i bought this webcam over a year and a half ago and it's been working great. my video shows up clear and the microphone works great, without picking up background noise or causing an echo in meetings. i've had cheaper webcams in the past, and this one is significantly better. i really appreciate the privacy cover that comes with it, and how well it grasps onto to my monitor. this webcam gets almost daily use for meetings and creating training videos, and it still works just as well as it did when i bought it. there are cheaper options, but i believe this one is worth the money.

I am really happy with this webcam. Setup was easy and the video quality is sharp and clear even in normal lighting. The picture looks detailed and the colors look natural. The built in mic works well for video calls and streaming. I also like the privacy shutter which adds peace of mind. Overall this is a solid webcam and a good choice for work, gaming, or everyday use.

I bought this because Amazon recommended it for my Amazon Omni TV in order to video call. There’s nothing to keep it secure to my tv, but I don’t know if that’s due to the tv or the webcam. It’s stable because there is a webcam rest on top of the tv and the webcam itself has tabs that keep it from falling off, but the webcam bracket doesn’t lock in place. It’s not a problem really, just an observation. I like the camera cover for privacy while it’s not in use. It was extremely easy to set up. All you really have to do is plug it in to the usb slot in the back of the tv. The directions say to set up video calling in the Alexa app, but I already had that set up so I literally didn’t have to do much. Just plug it And set it in place. I tested it by making an Alexa video call and it worked instantly. You can also use make Zoom calls with the tv and webcam so I might use it for work also. The picture quality is good.

Excellent sound and picture quality, easy installation and set up

Great product. I love the privacy shatter; its simple design makes it easy to use unlike some others I've used that requires too much effort to open and close. The pictures and videos recordings are clear and crisp most times. Which leads me to my only complaint. This product loses focus too easily; because of that, this product loses a star. Not sure if the price tag is really worth it in retrospect.

This Logitech C920 webcam is perfect for our church's livestreaming program. It was plug and play so the set up was effortless. The picture on our livestream is very clear and with the dual stereo speakers the sound quality is very good. I would recommend this product. It was in stock at our local Best Buy so there was no delay in receiving the camera.

I have a dual monitor setup and was unable to use my laptop camera ehile using my dual monitor setup. So I purchased this camera and it was very easy to setup.and start using. The image hasn't made me any prettier but the image is clear! Great product!

This is an excellent cam for its price point. It makes me look younger, smarter, and (somehow) taller. It makes me look like I've got a better haircut. People defer to me in Zoom meetings now. I get invited to Zoom meetings from businesses I don't even know, just because they want to see me through this camera's eye. Okay, none of that is really true. But it IS an excellent camera for the price point. Plug-n-play, no problems. I'm happy with my choice.

This is very nice. Really clean crisp pictures and video. Great stereo audio and plenty of settings. My only con on this is its made for windows 10. It does work great with windows 11 and Logitech has upgraded it for windows 11. This is a real sweet deal at a great price. Very happy with this purchase. Simple setup!

Easy set-up. Plugged in and it works without issues. Quality video and audio. Got it on sale and used a gift card for purchase.
