This is a great product. Thought i might have a difficult time setting it up, but it was so simple i was using it within 30 minutes. I highly recommend.

Easy to install. Video is crisp. Need good internet speed and memory. Good for the price.

Bought used. Wanted the improved mic and video over the C270 and it works like a charm. Easy install and use.

I love this webcam. It sits easily on top of my monitor. I also love the built in camera lens cover. The microphone works really well too. I host and/or participate in a large number of video conferences and this has been an excellent camera.

This thing works very well out of the box, has pretty good speakers, and won’t break the bank. If you’re looking for an upgrade to your laptop’s camera, this is the no-brainer choice.

The color is good, and for normal webcam uses it does better than the much more expensive Logitech Brio. With good lighting and settings, the C920 works well for streaming on Twitch, Zoom, Skype, etc.

Good experience with Best Buy.... product a bit disappointing. Not a particularly sharp/clear picture. On a Linux system it runs at 5 fps (not the 30 fps as advertised). Some adjustments can be made to get better results on Linux but it takes experimentation and the experience is less than enjoyable. I expected better from Logitech. On Windows 10 the results are better, but only when I use the Logitech Logicam app and then point Zoom, MS Teams, OBS, or Camtasia at the virtual device provided by the Logicam app. Well... I guess I got what I paid for ($79) . A colleague paid $200 for the Logitech Brio and he looks sharp and clear. I gave it 3 stars for being "just OK" at $79.

Perfect starter camera for streaming and video chats.

For its price it’s a pretty good camera it even has a mic but I don’t use it cause I already have a mic but if you don’t have one then it’s a plus

This camera was a great upgrade from my previous Logitech Camera. After about 12 hours of use, it is perfect in all ways. I like that you can install the included shutter or not. It just snaps in place very well. Cable is nice and long too.

My son wanted to purchase this webcam so that he can chat and stream live when he's playing his games on his PC. The quality of the cam is great. Not much to do as far as assembling it, all was required is to plug it into it's designated area.

I have kept trying to get cheaper ones but they just don't last or look nearly as good. So I finally splurged for this one and I'm very happy. Its a reputable company where you can find drivers and troubleshoot and they have support and SW. The only reason I didn't give it 5 stars is because I wish it was more on a ball joint so I could adjust its horizontal angle.

It's small and fits on a shelf of my PC desk. The picture seems to be OK and it has different functions for background and such. My problem is is that I can't get the microphone to work no matter what I do. There are no real instructions and I've found some tips on line, but still the mic doesn't work. I'm using it for windows 10 and if I can't get the mic to work, will probably take it back for something a bit more expensive.

Fun camera works well and you can put it almost anywhere to use it. Good clear images from people I zoom with would recommend.

This camera is of high quality works great on my Windows 10 PC but I bought it for my elderly FIL on his Windows 11 PC. The camera itself is great but the method for getting to work is convoluted af. I didn't want to return if I could find a fix, which is what I did. Instruction are as follows: Plug in the webcam. Enable it in Device Manager > Sound, video and game controllers. Open Windows Services. Press Win+R keys Type services.msc Press Enter or click Ok 4. Locate Windows Audio. 5. Double-click on Windows Audio to open its Properties. 6. Go to the Log On tab. 7. Select Local System account and click OK. Sound will not work on the computer with this particular setting, but we will be able at least to bring the "Windows Audio" service up, with Webcam/Mic connected. 8. Go back to Services windows. 9. Single-click on Windows Audio. 10. Click Restart on the left pane to restart the service. You should see the "Windows audio" service UP (little speaker in taskbar), and computer won't produce any sound (Again, this is normal, sound will come back after rollback later) 11. Open Windows Settings > System > Sound. 12. In the Input devices list, click the webcam mic and disable the Audio enhancement. 13. Then to re-enable Audio, open Windows Audio Properties. Refer to Steps 3, 4 and 5. 14. Select This Account. 15. Click Browse… and a Select User window will appear. 16. Select Advanced... and a new window will pop up. 17. Click Find Now. 18. Choose LOCAL SERVICE at the bottom pane and then click OK. 19. Once you're back to the Select User window and make sure LOCAL SERVICE is showing in the box field, click OK. 20. Back to the Log On tab, empty the Password and Confirm Password fields, then click OK. 21. A pop up will appear saying that the settings applied will take effect after restarting the service. Click OK. 22. To restart Windows Audio service to get the sounds back, follow Steps 3, 4, 9 and 10. This fixed it for me until they find a way to fix it with an update. Hence 2 stars. Needed a camera at the last minute & this fit the bill. Seems to work well & better than doing zoom meetings on my tablet.

Not amazing or mind blowing, but its the best camera in my group that hangs out.

This camera was easy to connect to the computer and the picture quality is good. There is no issues with the microphone if standing as far back as 5 feet.

In the times of endless Zoom and Teams meetings, this camera has been a lifesaver! It was easy to set up, has great video quality and gets the job done. Don't know what I would do without this camera.

Excellent piece of equipment(hardware). The Logitech - C920s Pro 1080p Webcam works great but I did not receive the privacy shutter. I would recommend Best Buy and Logitech to all my friends and family, thank you.
