    No Mac Software

    The camera and microphone work however you have no ability to control anything on the camera with a Mac. Logitech Capture software just crashes on opening and Logitech does nothing to fix it.

    There were many issues to be resolved with my MacMini with no warning of that before we purchased the webcam. Transparency would have been nice, so we didn't have to waste so much time.

    Great Webcam for the price, Granted it is 1080p so it does look pixelated on a 4k screen. but your not going to get much better unless you spend double the price

    Based on the description, it said that it was compatible with Mac computers. Upon opening the box, I saw that it had a USB B port. So I went ahead and utilized an adapter that I have to use it with my Mac, but it wasn't even recognized. I will be returning.

    good resolution and good overall result, the only thing which bothers is its grip, its not that steady.

    The auto focus is really bad. Because of that the video quality is blurry and not clear. Way worse than the FaceTime cameras on MacBooks even though it’s 1080p.

    Video quality is really great, but the microphone doesn’t work. Its very lis volume and fade away while using.

    This $80 device does not come with a users manual. It took me some time to figure out how to use it as a camera. I still don't know if the lens is adjustable, I hope it is, or, I wish it was.

    Ok camera-not really impressed with the quality of the picture with this camera versus the cheaper one from logitech that I also own. I prefer using the older model.

    Quick to install but not good image quality. Was noticeable worse any built in web cam I have used in a long time. Easy to setup

    Finding the correct webcam download and driver is near impossible! The company should include an installation CD with the webcam. At present the image has a washed out appearance.

    Its good, it keeps switching settings and the cap to cover the lens was missing. But it works for what i need it to do.

    I purchased this c amers for streaming. At first great but after 30 days the trial subscription runs out and it will no longer do 1080 p res only 720. Unless i purchase theyre yearly subscription. Im very dissatisfied as i purchased it as a 1080 p camera. Other than that great. But i didnt purchase a 1080 p camera for a month. Now looking for a new camera. As 720 is just not good enough.

    Overall, its average. During my mtgs my face image was not that clear and seemed distorted at times which made it awkward for my presentations.

    After waiting months for this webcam to use in Zoom meetings, I was ultimately disappointed in the camera quality compared to my 2020 MacBookPro's camera. Oh well.
