The picture is good quallity, as are the picture and sound for the other person (per their comments when I asked them about it).

I’ve had no issues with this webcam. It’s always clear, great sound and no major (or minor) issues. The rep that assisted me in the store made a great call. Thank you.

Camera does what it should

The shutter is a good benefit since otherwise there is nothing to block the camera. The only downside is that the cord is very short, and I needed to get an extension to make it work to sit on top of the monitor.
