Had to use the camera and mic built into my laptop before, and it wasn’t a great experience. Now people hear me clearly in meetings and the brightness and resolution of the camera are ideal for telework. Now I can close my laptop and just use monitors and this high-quality webcam. Plug and play. Love the blue indicator lights. Would recommend.

The video quality of this camera is immaculate. I has very minimal jpeg compression or artifacting on the video stream when I'm using my webcam when the room is dark. I don't use the microphone, but in the event that my primary microphone stops working, I tested its quality and it's much better than I anticipated. Very slightly tinny-sounding, but overall it works very well. I also really love the privacy cover and the fact that the light glows whenever an application is using the webcam--I've caught websites attempting to get into my webcam because of the fact that it lights up when it's in use! Never thought I'd appreciate that feature as much as I do now that I know it detects when websites are attempting to access my camera without my consent. I bought a slightly out-of-date version of this webcam back in 2020, and the reason I thought that it stopped working is because Windows released an update that messed up my USB drivers. I believe the webcam would've lasted years more had I not realized the issue sooner. I highly recommend this webcam!

If you're going to be using zoom or FaceTime with your monitor, I would recommend it. Great quality in audio and video quality. Just note: -camera is adjustable (30 degree up and down range) -3ft. cable that connects to USB type B, need adapter if you are using the latest MacBook -does come with camera cover -has light indicator to let you know when the camera is being used

I had an old C920 which was working fine, but I decided it was time for a new webcam. The C920s delivers the same crisp picture as before. My video looks WAY better than everyone else’s integrated webcams in Zooms, even in standard definition. I cannot speak for the mic as I have a Plantronics headset. It compensates for the light in the room very well. The Logitech G Hub software is very easy to use and allows me to zoom in so that the view isn’t so wide, and has setting for focus and exposure. It has preset modes you can try or create and save your own modes. My son wants to try starting a YouTube channel and I will definitely start him out with one of these.

I really enjoy using the camera. Right now, I'm using it with my Xbox Series X for streaming on Twitch, and it fully meets my expectations. It offers high-quality resolution and captures even the smallest details. I would like to purchase a second one, and I'll be visiting Best Buy more frequently.

This is an excellent quality camera that I use for live streaming on Twitch; it is very easy to set up and syncs perfectly with my Streamlabs OBS. I haven't tried the mix yet as I don't particularly need it, but the value for quality of this cam is great. Definitely recommend.

As a teacher, I have had to adapt to the novel conditions placed on myself with regards to in-person instruction. I bought a laptop that would be powerful enough to support remote learning. I did my research and decided on the Logitech C920s webcam. I went directly to the Logitech website and they were out of stock. I thought oh great now what? On a desperate attempt, wanting to avoid the big online guy with the smile face on their box. I stopped by my local BestBuy. I walked in, the sales assistant was standing there and asked me if I needed help, I said yes do you have Logitech webcams? He said yes. isle nine halfway down, left hand side... They had a full hanger of the exact webcam I researched. within 30 minutes It was clipped to my laptop and I was recording in HD. simple. With all this technology we need two things: The product performs as advertised and secondly; A brick and morter store to get it where online shopping does not help my local town. I have had the Logitech C920s for a month and works great. it has great sound both record and playback. This is not only a recommendation for the Logitech webcam but BestBuy as well. They had what I needed, when I needed it. In this unique time we can use not only the internet for research, but also we can support our local stores where the money stays in town. to paraphrase an old adage "Search globally, BestBuy locally"

A mainstay of the webcam world, I have bought a number of these, and I have never had a problem with any of them. Truly plug and play with great video and microphone. I love the ability to mount it using the threaded base.

I purchased this web cam to ensure better video chats using our computer. We had been using a tablet and found that access was not very good and video quality was fair. Setting up on the desktop computer Monitor was quick. From a 8" Tablet to a 24" Monitor was quite a difference. The first time using was amazing at the difference. No more fumbling with the Tablet to get our Video to work and easier to see who we wore talking to.

Excellent camera with good autofocus, we use it for zoom calls kids classes and almost all home use and it works amazing with all of the Windows Apps. Would definitely recommend for casual home use and for good video capturing and auto focus capabilities.

Realistically speaking this camera is much better than the cheaper options form logitech because of the higher resolution and better low light performance. This is best for zoom / online meetings. You can get a more expensive option but doing 4k on zoom is overkill. So this sits in a sweet spot. Also this camera has a regular usb connector and not type c so you would need a converter. Also comes with a physical camera security flap which i find useful.

I needed a webcam for my new desktop Windows 10 PC expecting to do more video conferencing due to the pandemic. This webcam is awesome. Completely plug and play; the camera was recognized immediately when I plugged it in and when I launched Skype the HD video and audio were fully functional. I did not need to download any software. The security plastic lens cap is a clever, useful feature if you have security concerns (be sure you are buying the C920S and not the C902). Great company, great product and a great price. By the way, Best Buy’s customer service is excellent!

This is the second one I've purchased recently. I bought them because I've been doing more webinars and wanted something clearer than the built-in webcam. It was easy to use, and all the programs recognized it w/o having to install any additional software. I highly recommend this product for folks doing zoom calls and "mid-level" YouTube videos.

Simple to use, decent quality. Only gripe is it's 30fps and not higher than 60fps.

Logi’s affordable webcam that delivers good quality image for the work from home folks! I’ve owned this product for over a year now and I have had no problems with it so far. It’s always ready to go and have faced zero issues during my meetings.

My favorite part about this webcam is the cover that you can just flip down. It does also have great quality for the price. It was very easy to set up. So far, no complaints.

Works Great, Plug & Play, I bought a different brand and didn't work well with any programs, this Webcam is Awesome, easy to set up, easy to use. Zoom, YouTube, Facebook, Google Meeting, or Make a Video, this Webcam does it All, well Worth the price difference in the others out there. Even has Privacy Slider.
