Not what I expected

The cheaper one show better to me. I am disappointed but plan on keeping it. I like the idea of the privacy shutter that was good. The HD is blurry and not as clear as I thought it would be. On the other hand maybe it's build for the latest computer. I have a XPS i7 so not sure if that's the reason, but if anything should be better right? I am just disappointed as I read all the other good reviews and thought why not.

Posted .Hey there, I'm sorry to hear about your issue with the C920S. If you still have it, I would recommend downloading our Logitech Capture software. This should allow you to manually adjust things like focus and tweak with the lighting settings to get a better picture from your camera.
