Bad Camera

Makes you look pretty bad and is not great in low light areas. Also if you have tan or darker skin, can really downgrade your appearance lol. Anker cameras are far better quality!

Broken.

I purchased this camera based on vey good reviews and because I was hoping that it's light correction would do the trick for my remote work location that tends to have poor lighting for video reception. This camera did not meet any of those standards. It stopped working within a month of purchasing it and it the image was no better than my ten year old hp. Very disappointed and very much dislike the hassle of having to return an item that should just work!

Posted .Hi Sorry to see you were unsatisfied with the C920S Webcam. Sometimes the webcam settings can be adjusted in the app you're trying to use it with. Otherwise, it could be the webcam itself is malfunctioning on you in which case Logitech does offer a 1 year limited warranty. Hope that helps.

Not fit for purpose. I would return it but I’m a week or two late for the return window. Logitech should be embarrassed.

Doesn't work with Mac M1 Big Sur

Logitech still sells this camera but has dropped software support for it on apple computers. Doesn't make sense to me. No M1 support in Mac OS 11 (Big Sur). It was working before the Big Sur update, but when I updated my laptop to Big Sur it stopped working. Went to Logitech's website, and they said they were no longer supporting a web cam that they currently sell new for non Intel based Mac's (almost all new apple computers for the past couple years). I'm done with Logitech products. This is a consistent issue with them.

Horrible Product; Horrible Customer Support

BestBuy replaced it and I have the same problem with this one. Customer Support from Logitech is non-existent; the Bot that they have is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Never buy anything from Logitech again.

Thank you for choosing Logitech. I am sorry that you have experienced issues with your C920s HD Webcam; I would like to help.
Please check that Windows is up to date, also please check your “Device manager” for driver updates. In the “Device Manager” please check the pull-down menu under “Imaging Devices”, please right click on the “c920s” option and check for driver updates. If there are updates please run them, if you see “The best drivers for your device are already installed” please select “search for updated drivers on Windows update”. On the “Windows Update” screen, you may see a “You’re up-to-date”, message (you may see an option to “view optional updates”. If you see this option, please select “view optional updates”, where you will find the optional updates in a pull-down menu. If you do not see this option, please select “check for updates”. This likely will reveal the “view optional updates” option. This is based on what I experienced after a recent system update, and these steps resolved the issue that I had experienced. This should improve your experience, but I also recommend utilizing the Logitech software for custom adjustments. This webcam is supported with the Logitech “Capture” and “G Hub” software, both downloads are available on the Logitech support page. I have attached a link to the “Getting Started” support page for the Logitech C920s HD Webcam. I hope you enjoy your webcam.

Don’t buy

Customer service wouldn’t exchange. I hate this product and Best Buy lol. I’m a card member and haven’t ever asked for an exchange before so the fact they wouldn’t help me out was stupid.

Posted .Hi Barley, we're sorry to see you're experiencing some compatibility related issues with your C920S HD Webcam. If you haven't already, please unplug and plug in the USB cord to your webcam. Then restart your computer. It's possible that all the drivers didn't download properly. Sometimes the computer doesn't start using the webcam automatically. So, you will have to edit he video/audio input/output settings on the app you're using the webcam with, in order for it to work properly. If you've done that and are still experiencing issues, you do have a 1-year limited warranty that can be used to have a replacement sent out to you.
