Plug and play, no software needed unless you want to fine tune the settings. Very low light gets grainy but for the price, totally acceptable product. I purchased three for my podcast streaming upgrades and am totally happy.

I use it for meetings and everyone is always commenting on how much better my cam is. Logitech has been making webcams for a long time now and this one shows. Great image, very good price. Was very glad to see that Best Buy got them in stock.

Just mount it on the top of your monitor using the built in clip, plug it in to an open usb port and you are good to go. Video quality is very good as is the sound quality. Also downloaded the Logitech software to make further adjustments like exposure, resolution and zoom.

The quality of the image is so good and I can place it for any type of angle. I'm not relegated to just the front view of my laptop camera. Great purchase that hopefully will last a long time.

Purchased this for distanced consultations and meetings. I have had many people comment on how well it captures video streams and still images, so much so that some of my contacts have now upgraded to this unit.

It has a built in speaker/microphone and is 1080P native. my go pro was only 720. so UPGRADE! this thing rock!

I don't use the embedded microphone and instead use a dedicated headset. The video is much better than the crappy webcam embedded in my new laptop. I came from a Microsoft Surface Book II, which had an amazing webcam. That camera was better.

My complaint would be is that it is one directional, you cannot maneuver the camera to fit your needs. I’m actually not using it because of the limitations in viewing. I needed the camera to rotate for proper positioning, with my current monitor, the view of the camera is very much downward. The camera is a birds eye view w a 30” monitor and cannot be repositioned.
