    Won't stay on

    Worked good for about a month. Now it doesn't stay on when in calls. very glitchy. I've tried it on multiple computers (windows and mac) turns off every few seconds on every computer I tried it on. It didn't start doing this until about a month of use.

    Upgrade from c270

    Every now and then we have a pc/dock that just wont work with a c270. This upgrade has worked on all those systems so far.

    The focus on it stinks - I don’t know why, but I purchased a similar version for my son and it works great - his days Zeiss lense, mine does not

Have you tried adjusting the settings of the webcam from Logitech Capture (software system, free to use)? Also, you can go to your system preferences delete C920S as your camera, add back your C920S and see if that solves the problem.     Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

    Wouldn’t work on multiple platforms. Tried it on both apple and windows OS with none recognizing that the camera was even there. Unfortunately because of my work schedule, I can’t return it now.

    Difficult Software

    I found the software difficult to use with my Dell XPS desktop and never got the mic to work. I probably should have returned it to Best Buy.

    You get what you pay for. I don’t think the quality on this camera was the best but it’s for somebody.

    I needed a webcam that has a mic. The reviews were really good for this one. It works well and I'm glad I got it

    This is not a good camera for WFH, interviews or video conferencing in general. Makes you look pretty bad and is not great in low light areas. Also if you have tan or darker skin, can really downgrade your appearance lol. Anker cameras are far better quality!

    Logitech Capture Software doesn't support M1 macs

    Eight months after buying this webcam, Logitech Capture software still doesn't support M1 macs. The software was part of the reason we bought the webcam, and for it not to support M1 macs many months after they were introduced shows logitechs lack of customer support/care. The camera does work with quicktime, and some 3rd party software, but you shouldn't have to pay extra when software is part of the package. SHAME ON LOGITECH SELLING A WEBCAM W/SOFTWARE BUT THE SOFTWARE DOESN'T WORK!

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to share your experience and concerns with the C920S and Capture. I'm sorry that Capture does not have M1 compatibility at this time. We are working on compatibility, but until then we have found that Streamlabs OBS can give you a lot of the same features as Capture. It is also a free download if you search for it.

    Piece of trash stopped working after a month. Best Buy refused to help me. Instead asked me to talk Logitech because there is still 1 year manufacturer warranty. But Logitech just ghosted me despite me making several attempts to get help. Please don't buy this garbage and waste your money. And if you still want to try it, definitely don't buy from Best Buy. Instead buy from Amazon because they have customer friendly policies.

    Can only be used in Admin Mode on PC

    This camera can only be used in Administrative Mode on a PC. Since I personally prefer to be in that mode as little as possible, it's useless to me. I wish I had known this about it before I had purchased it, but lesson learned.

      Hello. Thank you for taking the time to write this review of the C920S webcam at Best Buy. I'm sorry you're experiencing issues with the webcam, but I don't entirely understand what the issue is. I am currently using the exact same webcam and not in Admin mode on my work PC. I have never heard of this issue before of needing to be in Admin mode for the webcam to work. It should just be plug and play- no software necessary (although the Logitech Capture software adds a lot of extra functionality and adjustment). Please contact our technical support for more troubleshooting.

    Poor Focus- Works great when it works properly

    This camera keeps losing focus in the middle of zoom meetings. If I click off the camera and turn it back on it will regain focus but that is a major inconvenience when conducting or participating in a meeting. no

      Hey there, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with the auto focus of your C920S webcam. If you didn't know, you can download our Logitech Capture Software to manually adjust the focus of the camera and tweak with how the auto focus works to better utilize the camera. I would recommend starting there and seeing if that helps you out at all!

    I did not care for this webcam. My old laptop picture was better. The picture seemed to have a greenish tint. Also the privacy cover was missing.

    Broke within a month. I purchased this camera based on vey good reviews and because I was hoping that it's light correction would do the trick for my remote work location that tends to have poor lighting for video reception. This camera did not meet any of those standards. It stopped working within a month of purchasing it and it the image was no better than my ten year old hp. Very disappointed and very much dislike the hassle of having to return an item that should just work!

      Hi Sorry to see you were unsatisfied with the C920S Webcam. Sometimes the webcam settings can be adjusted in the app you're trying to use it with. Otherwise, it could be the webcam itself is malfunctioning on you in which case Logitech does offer a 1 year limited warranty. Hope that helps.

    Horrible Product; Horrible Customer Support

    I bought one of these and the microphone and speaker in my computer stopped working. BestBuy replaced it and I have the same problem with this one. Customer Support from Logitech is non-existent; the Bot that they have is IMPOSSIBLE to work with. Never buy anything from Logitech again.
