I have been waiting for good webcams to come back in stock, and I was very pleased to finally get my hands on this highly-rated model. I use this weekly for work from home Zoom calls and it has performed flawlessly. Far better audio and video quality than even my high-end Surface Book 2, and setup was truly plug-and-play. I like the adjustable mount which has been rock solid and the convenient privacy cover means no more unplugging/covering my webcam after use.

This WEB cam is easy to use & works extremely well. The Security Industry & TSA are using this camera for visual & facial recognition.

Very easy setup. Basically plug and play. It self updates, and your ready to go.

Excellent camera. My previous web cam used a red light so I always looked sunburned, this has a blue light so my skin tone looks correct. It will auto focus and center. It also has a cover so the camera can be closed when not in use. I’m really happy with the camera and purchasing it from Best Buy couldn’t have been easier.

Good camera, excellent lens and image sharpness but the software is somewhat glitchy. Trying to this camera mostly for still shots and having some issues. Other than that it's a great device.

This "upgrade" to the standard C920 doesn't seem to specifically improve the performance or quality, but it is still a great webcam, and the included privacy cover is well designed to make it a part of the device rather than just an add-on. I'd recommend this version over the other 1080 webcam versions, until you are ready to step up to a high resolution. Also, s/w is pretty useless for anyone other than the basic consumer. TLDR; buy this one rather than the more expensive 1080p webcam options.

This is a good webcam; I tried with MacBook Pro. The video quality is good, same or better than Macbook's built-in camera. Mic is also good enough for video conferencing/face time calls. It seems to be a bit less powerful/sensitive compared to the builtin Mic for same amplification. We can increase the audio sensitivity in Audio controls in Mac to make it more sensitive. The main problem I had with this is, to get a pleasing angle for video calls, the camera has to be mounted on top of the monitor or kept at a height. Otherwise the camera will be looking up at the face from below. My monitor (a Dell U series) has too thin bezel and felt mounting this can damage it. So, need to get a tripod or go with a model that comes with tripod.

I have purchased 2 of these Logitech webcams—one for a co-worker and one for myself—and both have worked flawlessly. I bought mine as an upgrade to the crap camera in my 2019 MacBook Pro. With decent ambient lighting. the image quality from the Logitech is easily 200% better. While there are less expensive webcams, you might as well save your money and usw your laptop's built-in as that's what you'll get for less.

I will only buy this webcam. Works amazingly, lasts forever, and it comes with a privacy shutter.

Awesome Net Cam. It has very good quality, plug and play and what I like most I the manual cover for privacy.

Needed to upgrade from the built-in webcam on the laptop. 1080P is more than enough for Zoom / Microsoft teams meetings. The privacy screen is a good addition to the webcam. Plug and play worked as expected.

I bout this webcam because I was starting an online course. It's worked amazing and it's easy to install.
