This add-on consistently generates a clear, well-lighted image. Previously, I received complaints when participating in a panel discussion. I wish I had purchased it sooner. It improves the professionalism of my video.

It is a replacement for another Logitech that I had that did not work when I moved up to Windows 10. This is a very good model. The picture is clear. It works well in different light levels. The software you can download gives you the ability to modify your image. Works well with Zoom. The security cover is a very good addition.

Both the audio and video is great. It has a long cord so that it can be placed anywhere. It was definitely worth the money.

Microphone sensitivity is good, allowing for speaking at a normal volume from about 5 feet away. Flip cover feature is nice to have and has the right amount of tension to not flop back down by itself. Adjustability of mount allows for placement on a flat surface, on top of a monitor, or on a tripod.
