    This is going back. The audio doesn't work well. I planned to use it for Zoom sessions but the first time I tried it with a group, they said they couldn't hear me, that the sound kept cutting out. Is it defective? Who knows... just disappointed as the camera quality was fine.

      Hi Katydid, Very sorry to hear about the microphone issues you're having with the C920S HD Webcam. The C920S features two microhones on either side of the camera which helps capture realistic sound from a broader range of angles so that your voice comes through sounding natural and clear. When on your Zoom call, make sure that the audio input setting is set for the C920S. Also, if you're using the camera on a USB hub or extender, that may be what's causing the issue. Plug the webcam directly to your computer.     Was not the model that was listed on the box. Old soft ware. Works fine once I got it set up.

    This is bad with low light but perfect in lighter rooms. The privacy attachment is very convenient too.

    Good quality video and easy to set up but this camera is not currently compatible with Microsoft Teams without using a Logi Tech workaround that is not very easy to figure out.

    I don’t know how to use this phone. When I contact the store in Virginia Beach VA 23462, they tell to follow the directions on the package. To their shock, there are no directions on the packaging. They did not give me a customer service live.

    Decent. It’s better than the laptop camera but the software does a bad job of adjusting exposure on skin and over brightens me all the time. I installed the Logitech software and have to darken the camera every day just to keep me from looking like a ghost. I wish the software would remember the previous days setting but it does not.
