Ok for what it is. Not sure why "Hello" cams (this one is NOT) are so expensive now but this will do until they get reasonable.

Great camera... does not include lens cover...which is no biggie.

Easy setup. Despite plenty of light, image appears dark.

Still not working with Mac. I am running a MBP with macOS Big Sur 11.6 and this camera continuously crashes while using on Zoom. Funny thing is that on some instances, it works thru a entire hour long meeting even if I am not speaking while on others, it stops in the middle of my sentence and would need to be turned on again. Extremely irritating.

Quality isnt perfect but it does well enough for what i need it to do. I would buy it again.

Very disappointed with this webcam and may return it. Images in Zoom, Teams etc. are soft. I expected better from Logitech. And in looking online, this is not an isolated problem: there's a whole thread on the Logitech site complaining about this issue. It replaced a cheap Adesso, but honestly the Adesso has a better picture. Not impressed.

In general a decent webcam, however the Logitech Control (v3.0.23) software in the unit I have cannot adjust brightness or contrast, while all other controls (AWB, focus, color) work as expected. Running on a MacBook Pro with Catalina 10.15.7. After 30 minutes on the phone with them, Logitech Support could not solve the problem. At this cost, I would have expected it to work, and Logitech Support says it should. Will likely return this webcam.

Its best possible quality to stream without being a partner

Looking for a nice new camera? You are paying way too much for this camera that was created in 2012 and has no new technology in it. The quality is downright poor. Ignore the “HD”. It can’t handle any lighting situation well, you will look pale and washed out and with a bluish tint. I regret this purchase and feel it’s only worth about 20 bucks.

A pretty mediocre webcam that’s snowing it’s age. Generic Chinese webcams on Amazon offer better quality at a better price in 2021

This was the only camera we could find available at the time. It isn't great, and makes you look a bit wide in the frame.

This maybe a good product but it does not work for my destop, although I have window 10. No matter how I tried, it was blury.

This because it gets high ratings; not sure it's deserving. Doesn't seem that much better than my laptop built-in.

The overall graphics on the webcam are not the best .

It gives new meaning to the word "average". Unexceptional image quality and sound capture. Works well for zoom meetings.
