This webcam provides sharp, clear video that is perfect for Zoom meetings, FaceTime, and other video conferencing applications. The autofocus function works well. I had seen some complaints about the built-in stereo microphones, but everyone that listens to my webcasts say that they can hear me just fine. The privacy shutter is great as is the blue LED lights that illuminate when the camera is on. After Best Buy honored a Price Match, this webcam was a very good value.

Excellent camera. My previous web cam used a red light so I always looked sunburned, this has a blue light so my skin tone looks correct. It will auto focus and center. It also has a cover so the camera can be closed when not in use. I’m really happy with the camera and purchasing it from Best Buy couldn’t have been easier.

Plug and play and works great. Need for online school and son particularly likes the manual flip to block the camera.

Need a webcam for video conferencing? This one is sufficient. Plugs in via USB, video quality is decent (is actually HD), but the auto-focus is a bit wack sometimes. Turning the camera off and on again resolves it.

The quality is perfect and very easy to use when I talk to my friends overseas.

Does what it needs to do. I have both the C920 and C920s. The C920s looks so much better.

The picture is great and unfolds to for all sorts of surfaces. It is also plug and play which made set up even easier.

Purchased this webcam on July 5; used it once weekly; it stopped working during a Zoom meeting on August 28. Geek Squad's response was "Download the software from Logitech." While I was attempting to do so, GS closed the chat, so no help there. Logitech's website was unclear, but their telephone customer service was very good. Jocelyn sent me a link directly to the appropriate software, called Logi Tune. Downloaded, executed, problem solved. Bonus: Logi Tune permits several adjustments to Zoom. Nice. Overall, this cam works beautifully, until it doesn't. No joy from GS, but Logitech saved the day.

Works so great! Video and audio quality are superb and have had zero problems. Just plug in and use within minutes.

I didn't realize my new laptop didn't come with a camera so I purchased this portable camera and it is awesome. Several people have commented on how sharp the picture is when I'm on zoom calls. It's easy to clamp it to my laptop, and it is detected automatically when I plug it into my USB port. This webcam kept coming up as one of the best webcams when I researched webcams, and I was able to buy it on sale. It was a great buy...I love it and use it often.

Camera is pretty straight forward to set up, basically plug and play. Overall great quality and for the price it doesn’t get better
