All I had to do was plug it in and it worked! VIdeo seems clear and smooth and microphone works well. Compared it to a cheaper webcam I got from Amazon and the image on this was far superior! I did feel it was a bit on the expensive side, however, for its ease of use and the quality of video, I feel it was money well spent!

The image quality is good and mic seems to work fine. I picked up the web cam and made it home 2 mins before a meeting and this was set up and working by the time the meeting started. I plugged it into my Windows 10 laptop and it simply worked. I didn't have to adjust my system settings...it automatically set itself up within 30 seconds or so. Logitech failed to include the privacy shutter. Makes me wonder if they repackaged their discontinued C920.

The picture seems to be OK and it has different functions for background and such. My problem is is that I can't get the microphone to work no matter what I do. There are no real instructions and I've found some tips on line, but still the mic doesn't work. I'm using it for windows 10 and if I can't get the mic to work, will probably take it back for something a bit more expensive.
