Great quality with private shutter and also like other features like able to change the background and adjust lighting.

Great, except for the autofocus feature...

The Bad: the auto focus would not stop autofocusing... Everytime I moved, it would autofocus. It was very distracting, to the point that I could concentrate on my meeting. I had no choice but to return it.

I previously had a lesser model of Logitech webcam, with an external mic hookup. I decided to go for a higher model this time and skipped the separate mic. The internal microphone on this model works great; I have no issues at all with it. The screen image is also top notch. I especially like the attached lens cover — when my session is over, I simply flip the cover down and log out. No more awkward sign outs, and there is peace of mind the lens is always covered when not in use. I used Best Buy’s curbside delivery for this purchase, and it was quick and easy.
