I bought a cheap webcam on Amazon. It made me look horrible since there no adjustments. This webcam can adjust brightness, zoom, among many other features. Camera works great and the blue light indicator helps you know whether camera is on or off. Overall, a much better buy for the increases price. Don’t go cheap. Pick a brand you know.

I purchased this because I am currently working remotely and needed to have a reliable webcam since I am on camera most of the day. The Logitech Webcam is perfect for my needs. There are a variety of settings that I don't even need to play around with because the picture and lighting is great with the default settings. The set up was easy and it was a great value. You won't be disappointed with purchasing this product.

Excellent camera with great features allowing you to adjust with software provided many different options. Also takes high quality videos and pictures. Especially like the blurred background feature and physical cover over the lens to ensure privacy. Easy installation, easy use. Using it almost daily for all the major online meeting software packages out there including Teams, Zoom, WebEx, GoToMeeting, and others.

Great webcam, really dont have many complaints. i could only get 720p with my pc when streaming. but besides that its a great little cam, plug in and ready to go to work, i highly recommend to anyone, Especially for someone who is getting this for there first webcam

Purchased as a replacement for same camera. Cord connection on old camera got spotty as I was having to use it with an additional USB cord for a distance of 15 feet. Camera works as expected.

I needed a quick replacement for a webcam, and found this C920S at a cheap price on Best Buy. I didn't need anything fancy, just for work meetings. This works great! Especially for the price! Very clear, well saturated video. The microphone in the webcam picks up sound so well. I was able to stop using a headset during meetings. In low light, it does suffer a little bit, so make sure you are in a well lit room. Otherwise, this serves everything I need.

It works good on Zoom . The cover is great to know it's not turned on automaticially.

I’ve primarily used this camera for work, since coronavirus concerns became a part of American life. Before then, I was using it for streaming and podcasting. In both circumstances, the recorded video was excellent and the camera worked better than expected. The image is clear, the recording is high-quality and the camera microphone, while not as good as a dedicated microphone, still works well. Definitely a great product for use today.

So far so good - image is good and sound is also good according to feedback from other participants in conference calls. Working remote means I need a camera/microphone that works well with minimal issues. And I got it on sale for less than Amazon or any other sellers and it was delivered the NEXT day....appreciate that Best Buy!
