Very happy with the product. Plug and play setup; super easy. What I can't speak to is the quality of the image and sound on the other end(s).

Picked up two of these for schooling and work from home. They both work really well and the included privacy shield is great to have.

Works as described and communicates a clear picture. I like having a privacy flap, but I don't like that the fixture holding the privacy flap comes off easily when raising the privacy flap.
