The video is as clear as you'll need for most purposes, though you should buy a soft light to illuminate your face for the best results. The mic is absolute garbage, buy a separate mic.

Sometimes the picture is blurry with no way to correct it. Also it isn't possible to adjust the image to include the full person. For the price, it's a 3-star product.

The image and sound quality from this webcam is great. Low light performance is so-so, but overall this is a great webcam for normal office use.
