Video quality is great so far. Has no lag and glitches

It is doing a good job, from the time I attached it.

Microphone and camera have good sensitivity. The shutter is good for privacy, and there are blue lights that indicate when the camera/microphone is on. Set up was essentially plug and play. I am very pleased with the purchase.

Works well with Microsoft Teams and my Mac. I do wish they made an app for Mac users as well in case I wanted to customize settings.

I bought this because the one included with my laptop is sometimes out of focus and always less than good in low light. The Logitech C920s Pro is always in sharp focus and performs reasonably well in lower light. It's very crisp in good light. The cam will tilt forward and backward, but not left to right.

Good choice for a decent price. It's a good camera. It does the job.
