    I got it to use the next day for a teleconference, easy set-up, but the light balance between the cubicle overhead light and the room lighting was not satisfactory. To be fair, I didn't have time to read any troubleshooting help to adjust it.

      Hello, Thank you for sharing how good the C920S has been working for you---your feedback is greatly appreciated. For some added benefits, I highly suggest that you use Logitech's Capture software. Capture allows you to customize your video recordings with transition effects, filters, text overlays, colored borders and ChromaKey settings. Also, Capture allows you to adjust your webcam settings, aspect ratio, recording resolution and more. Capture saves all your settings in your user profile.
