Plugs in and instantly functional. Used these for many web conferences for technical trainings so far and they have never disappointed me.

Good device for simple applications

Know you need to download some "drivers" and that (I think) is really just add on to the basic device. After that, it took some experimenting to get the colors right. If video quality is REALLY important, you might want to get one a little more advanced.

Privacy shield is great. Fix nice on laptop or tripod. However need to remove camera before closing laptop otherwise it won't close

I already had the Logitech - C920 pro HD Webcam without the privacy cover for awhile, I wanted this one with the privacy cover.

Live stream external camera

Plus & play, very good optics and built-in mic make this a smart choice.

This is a solid option, although the audio isn’t that great — I use a separate speakerphone setup. I also wish it was easier to adjust the zoom and cropping, as it gives a bit too wide of a shot from the top of my monitor.

But the mic picks up everything so if you've got a coworker who's also on a call - def look into the audio settings and adjust the sensitivity. Other than than, just wish it was cheaper but good product.
