Worked fine on a zoom call, but glitches constantly when using Logitech's own Capture program... known/common issue with various causes (Logitech recommends NOT using their own driver, rather a generic one that's 13 years older), but my issue is apparently caused by graphics/usb power management...my solution appears to be to set every power and graphics option to "maximum performance". I'm on a laptop on battery power, so THAT's not happening (and nothing else has ever had an issue with usb or graphics, including Logitech's C270 webcam). Since it worked on Zoom for me, debating returning vs testing on more video apps and just never using Logitech's Capture program. Logitech, please update the firmware to interact with USB power management correctly.

This was easy to install. It provides a clearer picture of me and gives better flexibility to adjust the camera height for video conferences.

Great little camera. Bought it for my daughter for college.

My first webcam and it is amazing! I bought this model since it has the shutter. Great cam for the price and no issues.

I had no issues connecting the camera to my Mac, but the picture quality was a grainy, over exposed mess. The 1 page insert said to download the G-HUB software from Logitech's site. But when I went to their site, I was greeted with a message that there are no downloads available for this camera. I had a chat session started in the background, but after 6 hours of no response, I started looking for other solutions. I finally stumbled on the Logi-Tune software, and I was able to successfully install it. Many of the camera settings that were supposed to be in G-HUB don't exist in Logi-Tube, but I still managed to get an acceptable image from the camera. Bottom line, Logitech's support sucks. I would not recommend this or any other product until they get their act together.

Friends and family kept beating me up because, in Zoom or Meet sessions I looked washed out, there was no color, and I saw that what they were saying was true. As time went on, I got tired of hearing the rants. I did not want to spend a lot of money on a webcam that I use a few times a month. I also was tired of hearing the blah-blah from friends and family. I researched webcams that were in my price range and met the modest needs I have. This particular webcam met my needs, according to the reviews. So. I gave it a try. Having used this webcam for a few weeks, for me, this was a very smart purchase. The colors are excellent, as are the focus and the lighting, even in dark-light situations. I would suggest downloading and installing the Logi Tune software. To summarize, I am very, very pleased with this webcam ( as are my friends and family who immediately saw the difference). Unless you are a pro, looking for the greatest stuff, this would probably meet the needs for the average user.

Solid webcam, with proper lighting this thing is a rockstar for those zoom meetings and online streaming.

It is what I wanted but there are some things that I wish it had. I wish it had a way to adjust the zoom in or out.

Excellent easy upgrade for web camera. Iove the lens cover! Not all models have covers make sure you get the one with the cover

Works as expected. I just wish it had an easier mounting options and better software to control the camera more easily.

Good camera - using it for teaching. Cover is a nice add on for prying eyes. Even if camera cover is down, the microphone might still be on. So cover is for prying eyes only. I think due to shortage, the prices were raised substantially. Nevertheless, it is a good unit.

It exhibits the excellent craftsmanship that you expect from Logitech. Just plug in and go.

Webcam works well for Zoom calls, video chats, etc. Lens cover is a key feature. Good value overall and worth waiting for it to be back in stock.

Purchased to replace an existing webcamand this is so much better. Works well in low light and nice knowing that you can flip down the lens cover at any time.
