Good cam for streaming

Simply would not work, and lousy return options
||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The camera and my computer (a 5-yo Lenovo operating on Windows 10) simply could not communicate. I tried for hours to set it up for Zoom meetings, and it just would not happen. Also, I couldn't locate any software that would have allowed me to change the settings, so I was stuck with default settings. The puny info that is send with the camera is absolutely no help at all. THEN, when I went to return it, Best Buy wouldn't let me return it via online shipping label, in spite of what their sales page says. I had to drive half an hour and wait in line to get a refund. Not happy.

Posted .Hi MaryAnn, sorry to see you're having some software related issues with your C920s webcam. The webcams are designed to be plug and play but sometimes you have to tell the app you're using the webcam with (Zoom in your case), to switch from the default camera to the webcam. Hopefully that helps clear some confusion.
