Great looking camera

I've tried downloading drivers, changing which USB it's plugged into, and a few other suggestions I've found on the tech support site to fix it, but it keeps stopping after only being in use for about 5 minutes...

picture quality is OK but not great

I use this for work and the quality seems more like 480p or Standard Def. Either way, it does what it needs to so I'm OK with it. Wish that this was truly a HD camera

I expected better.

Any shadow on your face and that portion will be dark and featureless.
