The Logitech capture software really let me maximize on cameras potential. 720 was plenty of resolution but 1080 blew me away. A definite plus to any pc.

I couldn't fit a separate camera and mic. I was relieved to hear the great quality of the mic on this camera. Very happy with my purchase. Also opened up desk space.
