Plug in, update the hard drive, then works right away. The webcam is decent because the video quality is kind of okay, majority of the time is blurry, then also goes out of focus.

Cheap, works

The software can be a pain at times, however, and I still can't figure out how to use the controls when using some group meeting software systems.
