||Posted .This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.I haven’t been able to use the web camera at all because contrary to the advice of the Best Buy tech it is NOT compatible with my laptop!! It’s useless to me!! The downloaded software cannot be changed to English so everything is in German which I do not speak.

I bought it as a second webcam kind of expecting it to be better than my original one because it's reviewed so well but I don't think it's anything special. Nothing wrong with it either. My other webcam has a light on it. I'm still using that one more.
