They should include driver tho make it easy to unstall! I hate this when my time is valuable & have to waste a day or two trying to get item working! This isn't something company should think about not just selling gadgets!!!!! Time for little honesty!

I wanted one which has the privacy flap so I can close it when not in use. It is easy and plugs and play. I have used it with Windows 10 and Macbook. However, only issue I have is it doesn't do the auto light adjustment (not advertised either) resulting making the subject look darker than actual. I have tried the same object with my MacBook and it comes out perfectly but with this webcam, it is darker than normal. Hence removing one star.
