A lot of the appointments for my wife and i are done by telehealth. Though it would have been more helpful if available sooner, it is very helpful now. Easy to hook up and the privacy cover are both excellent pluses.

Only negative is that the design could be a bit cooler looking and for screens with minimal edges it can somewhat spill over that top area of the screen, but just barely. So might want to look into other mounting options if that bugs you.

Or doing business meetings? Maybe just need something nicer that does the job well? As long as you aren't shooting professional video footage via Webcams then this is great for you. Even great for streamers who make money doing so.

The flip-down cover means I don't have to worry about whether I have inadvertently compromised my privacy by leaving the camera "on." Image clarity is also superb. I also purchased it because it has a threaded tripod feature.

Bought this as my new laptop did not have one included in the specs. I'm in love with this cam, but it makes it very clear that I may not have shaved for the meeting. The microphone is pretty good too, so I'm told.
