Best bang for your buck

Seamless install and good quality picture

Easy to use camera with great noise reduction

Too bad they were a little expensive when we bought it, because they were hard to come by. Price has come down since then. The best part is the noise reduction.

The Best WC for Streamers

There is no web cam compared with this one for the price and all it can do. I am livestreamer and this one has been the best purchase ever.

High Quality Webcam at a Great Price

This one fits the bill of quality performance. You can pay more for bells and whistles but this one works for us!

Great product- installation instructions worthless

Install instructions however are awful. You need to go to Logitech to download an app on your laptop. The instructions don’t tell you that. Biggest complaint - No where - absolutely no where - does it tell you how to turn off the camera. Logitech customer service online was worthless. I finally figured out that you need to shut down the app on your computer to shut down the camera. Perhaps there’s another way - but I haven’t found it. A good example of a company trying to make the install instructions hip and cool when they are utterly worthless. Despite that and losing an hour of my life trying to figure out how to shut off the camera, I’m happy with product.

Posted .Hello, we are sorry to hear the issues you went through trying to figure out how to use the C920s properly. The C920s is a plug and play webcam. Not much instructions available because you don't need to do anything except plug it in and make sure that the program you are using (zoom, skype, microsoft teams, etc...) has the C920s as its input video source in the settings. The Logitech Capture software is an optional software you can use to further enhance the webcams features. Great for Skype
