There was a slight lag when I first used it, but it went away after a few seconds and works well for me now.

When I contact the store in Virginia Beach VA 23462, they tell to follow the directions on the package. To their shock, there are no directions on the packaging. They did not give me a customer service live.

However, it's still a solid choice. The light and viewing angle is great. It also has good compatibility and reliability, never gave me any issues.

I have a lot of light behind me and the camera seems to have trouble adjusting and it appears as if I am sitting in a dark room.
