    It’s totally fine, but I wouldn’t write – or, rather, video call – home about. With enough tinkering of lighting and difficult-to-access settings app, one can manage to not totally look like a White Walker.

    It's "OK" just took a lot of technical juggling to make it compatible with Zoom and Teams calls. I should have researched it more before I bought it.

      Hey there MJHouston, I'm sorry to hear that you had some issues with your C920s. The webcam should be plug and play, meaning as long as there are no other webcams plugged into your computer it should be detected as the default camera by most software.     I have a newer MacBook Pro and the software for this webcam Online always fails and makes it very annoying to use. It works fine on the older pre usb c systems

    Not bad picture. Wish I had noted that it is not an IR camera. It will not work with Win10 Hello.

    Not impressed, it’s ok but I don’t see a big difference in the image quality.

    No Mac Software

    The camera and microphone work however you have no ability to control anything on the camera with a Mac. Logitech Capture software just crashes on opening and Logitech does nothing to fix it.

    There were many issues to be resolved with my MacMini with no warning of that before we purchased the webcam. Transparency would have been nice, so we didn't have to waste so much time.

    Overall I am satisfied. I had to enlist the support of Best Buy Geek Squad to get the scanner to work properly. Something was corrupted in the drivers during normal installation. Was a real pain and took almost two hours to trouble shoot!

    Great Webcam for the price, Granted it is 1080p so it does look pixelated on a 4k screen. but your not going to get much better unless you spend double the price

    I thought you would be able to control the lens so you can move in and out of the subject(me) for others whom I am having a video chat with to see. This model is not as good as my old one even though it has a privacy cover(which is cheap plastic cover). I would not have bought this one except my old one is no longer working. The reviews should mention you do not control the lens!! A real shame.

    Video quality is really great, but the microphone doesn’t work. Its very lis volume and fade away while using.

    The auto focus is really bad. Because of that the video quality is blurry and not clear. Way worse than the FaceTime cameras on MacBooks even though it’s 1080p.

    The video is good. Have had trouble getting my voice heard on any Zoom meetings. I have contacted Logitech more than once and they claim they have fixed the problem but nobody can hear my voice.
