    Its good, it keeps switching settings and the cap to cover the lens was missing. But it works for what i need it to do.

    Ok camera-not really impressed with the quality of the picture with this camera versus the cheaper one from logitech that I also own. I prefer using the older model.

    I purchased this c amers for streaming. At first great but after 30 days the trial subscription runs out and it will no longer do 1080 p res only 720. Unless i purchase theyre yearly subscription. Im very dissatisfied as i purchased it as a 1080 p camera. Other than that great. But i didnt purchase a 1080 p camera for a month. Now looking for a new camera. As 720 is just not good enough.

    This $80 device does not come with a users manual. It took me some time to figure out how to use it as a camera. I still don't know if the lens is adjustable, I hope it is, or, I wish it was.

    Finding the correct webcam download and driver is near impossible! The company should include an installation CD with the webcam. At present the image has a washed out appearance.

    Overall, its average. During my mtgs my face image was not that clear and seemed distorted at times which made it awkward for my presentations.

    The internal speaker do not work. However, has a good mic ans good video.

    After waiting months for this webcam to use in Zoom meetings, I was ultimately disappointed in the camera quality compared to my 2020 MacBookPro's camera. Oh well.

Are you plugging the camera directly into the computer (using only the dongle)? USB hubs almost always squash the picture quality of our webcams.       Thanks for the feedback. Regarding the bad image, could you make sure the webcam is connected directly to the computer and not to a hub, extender, switch, adapters or something similar or try different software. For example, Windows Camera app. If the issue persists, contact Logi support team and they will walk you through all the available options, next steps, and best possible solution.

    Ok for what it is. Not sure why "Hello" cams (this one is NOT) are so expensive now but this will do until they get reasonable.

    I didn't need this webcam enough to pay more than it was worth to someone who thinks it is a good idea to take advantage of others during a crisis. I was waiting till I could get it directly from Logitech or from an honest retailer. But my husband wanted to get me something for Christmas that was on my list and so surprised me by paying much more for this than it was worth. Profiteers are inherently dishonest and willing to cheat others, so it is no surprise that even though my husband paid a premium for a new product, this one was obviously used. I had already educated him on how to spot shady dealers on Amazon, so he thought if he bought this on Best Buy he was safe. He thought the price he was paying was the normal price. He was so sad about it that I pretended it was ok and we didn't need to send it back so he would have a happy Christmas memory of surprising me with something I want. He now knows to never buy any technology component without my input. He now knows that besides not trusting Amazon sellers he also cannot trust Best Buy. The one star is given to Best Buy for this educational experience. I give no other stars for the camera as I was not given a new one so any evaluation I have is inaccurate. If you want to know how this model of camera functions go to a tech forum you trust. If you want to buy it look on the Logitech website to see what the price is supposed to be and then purchase it from them or someone else with a similar price.

      Hello, So sorry to hear about your experience with purchasing the C920s HD Webcam and it not being new. You have until the 15th of this month to exchange this product and I'm 100% certain that Best Buy will work with you to rectify this situation, especially if you go in store---showing your receipt or online invoice. Looking at Best Buy's website now and seeing the listing for the C920s, it is available for purchase and they even list other retailers that have it priced lower than what they are asking. It is listed higher than what Logitech offers on it's website, but they are sold out and there isn't a waiting list. Again, very sorry to hear about your experience and hope that you're able to get it rectified soon because the C920s is an amazing webcam. Best Regards, Richard from Logitech

    Still no support for macOS

    Still not working with Mac. I am running a MBP with macOS Big Sur 11.6 and this camera continuously crashes while using on Zoom. Funny thing is that on some instances, it works thru a entire hour long meeting even if I am not speaking while on others, it stops in the middle of my sentence and would need to be turned on again. Extremely irritating.

      Hi, we're sorry to see you're experiencing some compatibility related issues with your C920S HD Webcam. If you haven't already, please unplug and plug in the USB cord to your webcam. Then restart your computer. It's possible that all the drivers didn't download properly. Sometimes the computer doesn't start using the webcam automatically. So, you will have to edit he video/audio input/output settings on the app you're using the webcam with, in order for it to work properly. If you've done that and are still experiencing issues, you do have a 1-year limited warranty that can be used to have a replacement sent out to you.     Very disappointed with this webcam and may return it. Images in Zoom, Teams etc. are soft. I expected better from Logitech. And in looking online, this is not an isolated problem: there's a whole thread on the Logitech site complaining about this issue. It replaced a cheap Adesso, but honestly the Adesso has a better picture. Not impressed.
