No one would help me find out if my card was still active and even then I wanted to buy something new and who cared. Not you. So thanks for NOTHING!

Functional but Same as Before

A little different color balance and tad better in low-light. I feel that webcams just haven't advanced as much as the cameras of even the most basic phones now.

Upgrade from c270

Difficult Software

Bad Camera

Makes you look pretty bad and is not great in low light areas. Also if you have tan or darker skin, can really downgrade your appearance lol. Anker cameras are far better quality!

Won't stay on

Now it doesn't stay on when in calls. very glitchy. I've tried it on multiple computers (windows and mac) turns off every few seconds on every computer I tried it on. It didn't start doing this until about a month of use.

Okay camera

Don’t buy it

Owned for 1 week when reviewed.This reviewer received promo considerations or sweepstakes entry for writing a review.The webcam came after 3 months of waiting and it was defective out of the box couldn’t get the camera to work , tried it on different computers and it was a no go contacted customer support no response for days , had to return it . A week later I get a response from Logitech support. Now I get to wait nothing 3 months till they are available again

Doesn’t work. Don’t waste your money

Tried it on both apple and windows OS with none recognizing that the camera was even there. Unfortunately because of my work schedule, I can’t return it now.

Pain to set up.

Piece of garbage

Best Buy refused to help me. Instead asked me to talk Logitech because there is still 1 year manufacturer warranty. But Logitech just ghosted me despite me making several attempts to get help. Please don't buy this garbage and waste your money. And if you still want to try it, definitely don't buy from Best Buy. Instead buy from Amazon because they have customer friendly policies.
