I am usually a big fan of Logitech but they seriously came up short here. They released a revision to the C920 so I had to see what changed. Basically a faster autofocus and a privacy flap. There was no resolution update. No FPS update. I threw each camera next to each other and did auto focus tests auto iris adjustments, and fast movement tests. They performed nearly identical. I think that the revision to this model was a bad idea by Logitech and I would recommend if looking for a webcam of this quality, find the original version, or just pay extra for a 4K webcam. A privacy cover is not worth the upgrade if you already have this model. I haven't checked the audio on the webcam because i always use an external mic. Don't get me wrong if you have never had the first C920 this is a good revision to it but if you already have this model from first generation then skip this and look for a better model up.

The video quality of this cam is great, sharp and clear. However, the way it is installed atop one's monitor leaves a little bit to be desired. It basically clips on to the top monitor edge but it doesn't stay on very securely. If I flip the privacy cover up or back down, the whole cam moves position and then has to be reseated just right based on your location in front of it. I wish the camera was more stable and able to withstand any little push or pull on it, especially when using the very important privacy cover.

Setup was quick and easy. The picture quality is great. If you don't have the budget or need for a super expensive, professional camera, this is perhaps the best option. Gets the job done.

Great purchase. Easy to setup and use. Purchased it so we could do family zooms without being huddled around the laptop! Gives a really good picture to the family watching. Crisp and clear Works great and was a good price too!

This webcam seems to have been around for many years. I am not sure what is exactly new with this 920S model versus the 920. I realized I actually already owned a 920 version and when I compared them, they seemed to be exact. Overall, the camera works well. However, the microphone does not record sound/voices as loudly as I would like. There is a plastic shutter that you can use to place over the cam for privacy. I also downloaded the camera software called Logitech Capture from their website. It allows you to tweak elements of the cam. Overall, I suppose the saying applies “if it ain’t broke, don’t fix it”.

We used this cam heavily during Covid as my kids were having to school from home. It also has worked well for online streaming on Twitch! The video quality is nice and the mic quality is good too. I like the privacy cover which is convenient (Looking at you FBI Agent)... It mounts well to every monitor I have ever used it on and has never once fell from one.

I replaced an older Logitech camera with this Pro 1080 Webcam and it worked wonderfully. We had a very important zoom meeting I need to work since I was the featured speaker. Getting this camera worked very well.

What can you say? It's the industry standard! Outstanding price point! Sharp quality, mic built in! Long cable for ease of use positioning! I wish I'd got one sooner!

I love this camera. It is awesome! It’s very clear. I researched on Google the best cameras for a podcast and this was one of the cameras that was at the very top of the list. Plus, the price to keep is inexpensive.

I placed an order at B&H for the C920S back in April and it's still backordered. Then I found out Best Buy had these available and ordered this past Saturday and it came on Monday! The camera itself is fine. Much better than my Macbook pro webcam but you definitely need good light for a good picture. This is much better than my C270. Well done Best Buy! I'll make sure to check you first next time.

Great webcam that is perfect for conducting online classes or meetings. The 1080p is clear and the microphone works fine.

Exceeded expectations for how it operates and installation was a snap

It doesn't easily autocorrect back into focus, if I lean forward to get something off the desk and then sit back in my chair, I have to turn the camera on and off to get out back into focus. That's annoying for a highly rated webcam.

I'm not a computer whiz, to put it mildly. I purchased this webcam for a zoom class I had to take that required me to be on camera (to get credit for the class). This was easy to install and figure out how to use. I am very happy with the product. I recommend it for anyone needing a basic but (I think) good quality webcam. I am glad I got the one with the privacy shutter. Easy to open and close as needed.

This web camera works well, as described, and at a reasonable price. Recommended.

Does its job, using it with zoom, i would prefer better mounting though.

Works great for my zoom meetings. Picture quality is good so I've been told by the people on the other end. Like the the privacy shutter for when not in use.
