Then I found out Best Buy had these available and ordered this past Saturday and it came on Monday! The camera itself is fine. Much better than my Macbook pro webcam but you definitely need good light for a good picture. This is much better than my C270. Well done Best Buy! I'll make sure to check you first next time.

That's annoying for a highly rated webcam.

Easy to use - good buy at Best Buy

I purchased this webcam for a zoom class I had to take that required me to be on camera (to get credit for the class). This was easy to install and figure out how to use. I am very happy with the product. I recommend it for anyone needing a basic but (I think) good quality webcam. I am glad I got the one with the privacy shutter. Easy to open and close as needed.

The unboxing and installation could not have been simpler. Everything you need comes in the box except for the software which is a quick, guided on-line process. One quick note - the security shutter is packed in a separate "compartment" in the box. Make sure that you get it out before you toss the packaging! Once I mounted the camera on my monitor and plugged it into a USB port Windows 10 detected and installed the drivers with no issues. It then popped up a screen to install the Logi connect software. The user interface is quite comprehensive and intuitive. The camera itself sports an excellent lens and provides a super sharp image that adapts dynamically to any change in lighting. If you are looking for a quality webcam at a very attractive price from a solid vendor the C920s is for you!
