This camera is a great entry level option. It works perfectly with OBS Studio, Streamlabs OBS, and even Skype. This is a good option if you are just starting out as a streamer or just want a good cam a a good price!

This was an incredibly disappointing purchase. I decided to upgrade to the Logitech C920 late last year when I started to do some remote work for the higher resolution and privacy shutter. It worked pretty well for a couple months. It was a little irritating having to use a separate piece of software (Logitech Capture) to make adjustments to the framing, but I quickly adapted. After those first couple of months, however, the camera suddenly stopped working properly. Every time I started to use the camera, it would function for 1 or 2 minutes and then crash. It would flicker on and off a few times before triggering a popup in Windows 10 stating that the USB device malfunctioned and wasn't recognized by Windows. Searching for a fix, I discovered that this has been a significant, widespread problem for many people. I tried about a dozen different recommended fixes I found across various sights and none of them worked. Updating drivers, trying different USB ports, going into privacy settings, even adjusting BIOS... nothing fixed the issue. Recently, a Windows update listed Logitech USB Device Driver updates, so I thought perhaps the problem had been resolved, but no such luck. I went back to using my ancient 720p Logitech C525 several months ago, because at least it works. For $70, 2 months of use is nowhere near worth the price, not to mention all the time I've wasted trying to troubleshoot the problem. People have been posting to tech support forums for years trying to resolve this issue, so Logitech must be aware of it. I can't imagine why such a defective product continues to be sold.

There isn't Windows 11 software. You can still use it, but there are only basic settings.

I was very disappointed with this model. Description says you can adjust pan and zoom but you cant. The standard setting on the lens is close to a profile picture. You cannot zoom out and zooming in allows you to count spots on the wall across the street.

Really wanted the next day or I would go to a store somewhere myself. Made order, and, more than 30 minutes later mind you, received email saying would NOT be next day--they'd let me know when soon. Gee thanks! Went to cancel--"sorry, been longer than 30 minutes....'uncancellable'!" Yes, this day and age and just IMPOSSIBLE to cancel! In truth, they would prefer me to wait for the unwanted product and drive it to a pick-up point for them, to save them the hassle of their mistake. yay!

The 920s has great optics, but serious software problems when using Windows 11. The webcam controls were completely unusable on Capture and G Hub, and only marginally useful on LogiTune. Given three days, Logitech's tech support was unable to resolve the issues. I returned it on the fourth day. Unless you are a techy, or willing to hire an IT professional to do the troubleshooting, do not buy this webcam. This is not a plug and play device. I wish I could still use my Logitech Quickcam Pro 9000, but it is not supported on Windows 11.

I gave it a poor rating because it came with absolutely no instructions. I've had a hard time with the video. I've attended several Zoom meetings where I can see the other participants but they cannot see me. My picture appears on my own pc screen but is not transferred to the meeting. Logitech support site is no help at all. The audio is perfect. Just need help with the video.

Bought this for my son to learn how to stream his video game system. Good starter camera for him.

False advertisement. Doesn't work with Chrome OS system

The webcam arrived dirty. When I plugged it in, the laptop didn't recognize it. Searched all around the computer, restarted etc., and it just didn't know this external device was plugged in. I'm returning it.
