We needed it to have speakers. The store clerk didn't understand my need. Regardless, the quality of the video and microphone was greater than I expected. Using this with headphones was not convenient. If I had computer speakers I would have kept the item.

No issues on use with Win 10. Microphone has performed nicely, auto lighting adjustment does a great job as I move in the chair. Light enough to mount easily.

This camera works quite well with Zoom, Go To Meeting, WebEx, MS Teams, and more. Clear audio and picture every time. I now own 2 personally and have bought a dozen more for staff. Super easy installation, too. Recommended!

With both of us needing to be on Zoom calls it made sense to have two rather than moving one from room to room. The experience of our first one plus the price made it a "no-brainer" purchase.
