But you do have a 3-year Limited hardware warranty that you can use to get a replacement sent to you. Posted .Sorry to read you're having battery related issues with your Logitech Crayon. On a full charge it is supposed to give you about 7.5 hours. You do have a 3 year limited warranty that comes with purchase you can claim to get a replacement. Lower Cost Alternative to Apple Pencil

It is thicker and more rugged feeling than the Apple Pencil and I found it to be more comfortable. The Crayon also does not need to be paired like the Apple Pencil. Just turn it on and it is ready to use. The Crayon functions similar to the Apple Pencil except it is not pressure sensitive. Thus, it is good for highlighting, annotation, etc. but is not as good as the Apple Pencil for artistic endeavors. The other limitation is that the Crayon only works with the 6th Generation IPad and not the IPad Pros. In summary, I would recommend the Crayon to anyone who has a 6th Generation IPad who primarily wants to highlight and annotate documents. The more rugged feel of the Crayon also possibly makes it suitable for younger users.

On his birthday, he was disappointed as was I that it wouldn’t stay turned on after charging. Just turns off. Unfortunately, the return window at best buy is 2 weeks. Logitech won’t even return my emails so I’m just out $60 on a Apple crayon that doesn’t work.

The pen just wasn’t as responsive for the price. Was better off using a regular stylus. Maybe if the pen was $20 it be more reasonable.
