Our old keyboard had seen better days, so we were looking for a keyboard that was ergonomic but also wanted something a bit quieter than our old one. The keys on that one were quite noisy and got noisier as it aged. This one is very quiet. A light touch is all that is needed as well. The wrist pad is super nice. We've been spending a lot of time working at home so this was a nice addition to the home office. Highly recommended.

I'm already a fan of split keyboards, I find them much more relaxing to work with. The K860 has a good key feel and the wrist rest is comfortable. It is quiet, if that matters to you. I'm a bit puzzled by the price, but there really is no better alternative for a modern split ergo keyboard. I've had some bluetooth connectivity issues, but can't necessarily blame the keyboard for that, so I can't ethically take points off.

I love this keyboard. This is my first ergonomic keyboard. It was really easy to adjust to it. I was having trouble with my hands aching at the end of the day. I use my keyboard for 40 hours a week. My hands no longer ache. It is shaped the way your hands lay naturally. Very easy to set up. The wrist rest is very comfortable. It is very quiet while typing. It was worth the money. I am glad that I gave this a try.

This is a really nice keyboard, particularly if you are switching between systems. The ergonomic keyboard is comfortable to use all day, and the tactile feel of the keys is very nice. The inclusion of Mac keys makes it more versatile, as does the ability to connect using a dongle or Bluetooth. Overall, this is a much better option than the lower cost than the K780 or MK850.

I enjoy this keyboard. The toggle from 3 different bluetooth devices, 3 PC for me. It really removes the need for another keyboard. That feature is the "killer feature". Otherwise its nice as a ergo keyboard and being wireless is 100% nice. Noticed some lag when switching from all three devices at times. Its the devices picking up the switch from what I can tell. Not a significant lag. Overall I have 2 extra incase logitech decides to boat Anchor this product for some AI stuff.

    Better than Microsoft Ergonomic Keyboards

I've been using Microsoft ergonomic keyboards for as long as I can remember including their original Natural keyboard and Natural multimedia keyboard, their ergonomic 4000 and 7000 lines, and most recently the Surface ergonomic keyboard. All of them pale in comparison to this ergonomic keyboard from Logitech and I'm never going back. First off, the three position rise at the front of the keyboard is amazing. I always felt the Microsoft keyboards went too high for comfort and I'm happy to have found a position with this Logitech keyboard that is comfortable to type in for days at a time. I am also really in love with the keys and the minimal effort required to press them. After hours of typing my fingers and wrists aren't tired and sore. The Microsoft Surface ergonomic went this direction too but the Logitech keyboard excels because of its ability to switch between multiple devices using Bluetooth or USB dongle. I always scoffed at paying more than $20 for a keyboard but this has been the best $130 investment I've ever made and my body is already thanking me for it.

I bought this as a keyboard to use while working from my home office. I normally use a Microsoft Sculpt while in the office, but I wanted to try something that had Bluetooth. The keyboard is very comfortable, and is similar in style to the Sculpt. So far I haven't had any connectivity issues, and the original batteries are still going strong. It's a bit pricey for a keyboard, but overall I would recommend it.

It's an ergonomic keyboard. It does the job (alleviating wrist pain, being a keyboard) approximately as well as any wildly expensive keyboard should. Despite scissor switches, it's somewhat loud - while I'd call this a feature, your coworkers may disagree. The shortened travel distance between the "lock" button and the "-" means your learning curve has real-time penalties, especially if you've placed it on the keyboard tray of your vintage hardwood desk and can't see the keys. While the MS Natural will always be leaps and bounds better than any alternative, this is the most tolerable modern competitor I've found so far.

I needed to replace my old Logitech keyboard and got this one. It’s so much nicer and the keys are so quiet! No more hearing me clack on the keys. Love it! The divided keyboard also helps my hand position and keeps my wrists from hurting. Definitely recommend.

Great Keyboard If You Don’t Need a Mouse

This is a great ergonomic keyboard. I really like the slope and feel of the keys. It’s a good quality. It helps me maintain a good and comfortable posture. My one and only complaint, which is also a dealbreaker, is the keyboard becomes less ergonomic when using a mouse. Because the keyboard is wide, I have to extend when using the mouse. This puts my shoulder in an uncomfortable position. I will be returning for this reason only.

I’ve tried a few ergonomic keyboards over the years, but this one really hits the mark. The Ergo K860 has everything I need, and the keyboard + palm rest combo is perfect. I’m sending emails all day, and this has made a noticeable difference in comfort. Very well designed, solid feel, and easy to get used to. Definitely my favorite ergo keyboard so far.

I was skeptical of ergonomic keyboards in the past, but this one has been a breeze to use. The quick switch buttons are great, and I've connected it to my work desktop and laptop. The keys have responsive, snappy feedback, and I'm still using the same AA battery that came with it over a year ago. Occasionally I'll still hit the center "triangle" area when I'm touch typing, but my hands and wrists have felt a lot better after hours at the desk.

Better feel and throw than some of their other keyboards, and I do like the feel of the wrist once it is angled properly on my keyboard drawer. I do not like how the keys are curved. I find it hard to strike the right keys as the letters or numbers get closer to the center of the split. But I tried another keyboard of theirs that I bought for a client who prefers the squishy PC feel, and I didn’t like it at all. All things considered, this is pretty solid, and it seems like it might be helping a bit with pain from ulnar deviation. This is a large keyboard. The wrist rest is part of the point, so there’s no taking it off. It barely fits on my keyboard drawer and leaves me almost no room for a mouse. Fortunately I use a trackpad, but even that feels cramped for placement. I did have to remove the built-in wrist rest on my keyboard drawer, which is fine, but it also means there is nothing really keeping the items from sliding off when I tilt the drawer to lower it and tuck it under the desk. I have to be careful to hold them, since there is nothing to stop them from sliding off. Finally, I would be remiss if I didn’t mention how great it is to pair with up to 3 devices. Mine is paired with my MacBook Pro, my iPad Pro, and (though I have no good reason to use them together) my iPhone. I’m receiving the 12 Pro Max soon. Maybe that will justify having an external keyboard, so I don’t have to hold it and type on that large screen. :-P

I had used the Microsoft ergonomic keyboard for years but it was time for an upgrade. I’ve been using the Logitech for a few weeks now and it is perfect. The keys are near silent but still provide the sought-after tactile feel, the wrist-rest is comfortable and the material is able to be easily cleaned unlike the Microsoft leather-like fabric. As a bonus, the Logitech includes the number pad unlike Microsoft who provides a detached model that could be easily lost. Logitech also allows for three other devices to be connected either through Bluetooth or usb connection. If you’re looking for a keyboard, this is it
